• Jason Collins

    Chief Executive Officer
    As CEO, Mr. Collins is responsible for the overall strategic direction and executive management of the firm. Jason graduated from the University of Florida in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management. Upon graduation, Jason joined a firm in Orlando Florida working in the walls and ceilings industry. In 1998, Mr. Collins earned a license as a Certified General Contractor and began preparations for opening his own firm. In 1999 he co-founded Collins Construction with his late father, Robert Collins. Outside of the office Jason enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, biking, snow skiing, travel, and being involved within his church and community.
  • Jason Paulo

    Chief Operating Officer
    As COO, Jason assigns and manages superintendents and project managers. He is the liaison between the field and the office, not only for our team, but for our clientele. Jason entered the construction industry as a drywall apprentice in 1998. In 2005, Jason joined the Collins Construction team as a Journeyman and quickly worked his way into a supervisory role as Foreman. In 2014, Jason was promoted to General Superintendent and in 2023 he was promoted to his current position, COO. Outside of work, Jason enjoys spending time with his family, and enjoys weightlifting.
  • Michelle Collins

    Chief Financial Officer
    As CFO, Michelle oversees the companies financial affairs. Previously, Michelle worked in banking and managed books for multiple companies. She graduated from Stetson University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics. Upon graduation, Michelle spent several years teaching upper-level math classes at a small Christian school. With the growing needs of Collins Construction, in 2023 she became part of the team. Outside of the office Michelle enjoys running, hiking, snow skiing, and ministry within her church.
  • Andrew Wilbert

    President, Tampa Division
    As President, Andrew oversees the Collins Construction Tampa division. Andrew graduated from the University of Florida in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management. Upon graduation, Andrew joined the sub trades working for a concrete shell contractor in Atlanta, Georgia. He returned to Florida in 2006 and began working in the drywall industry as an estimator and project manager. Before joining Collins Construction Andrew worked as a Senior Project Manager overseeing multi-million dollar projects in the healthcare, multi-family and hospitality markets. Outside the office, Andrew enjoys spending time with his family and coaching little league baseball.
  • Luis Melendez

    Safety Director
    As Safety Director, Luis oversees the safety program for all branches. Prior to to joining Collins Construction, Luis was a block mason, and then obtained state credentials to become an inspector. Luis holds certifications in CPR, first aid, hazmat, OSHA 30, and is a certified trainer for aerial lifts and fork lifts. Outside of work, Luis enjoys fishing, weightlifting, and spending time with his family.
