Jason Collins, President
As President, Mr. Collins is responsible for the overall strategic direction and executive management of the firm. He also oversees the company’s financial affairs. Graduating from the University of Florida in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction, Jason immediately took a job in the wall and ceiling industry. In 1998, Mr. Collins earned a license as a Certified General Contractor and began preparations for opening his own firm. In 1999. he co-founded Collins Construction. Mr. Collins is a member of the board of directors of Florida Wall and Ceiling Association. He is involved in the Associated Builders and Contractors Organization and a member of the Association of the Wall and Ceiling Industry. Outside of the office Jason enjoys spending time with his family, boating, travel, church and community.

Kurt Schaeuble, Senior Vice President
As Senior Vice President, Mr. Schaeuble is responsible for the day to day operations of the firm. He oversees the company’s human resource department and is heavily involved in the company’s overall strategic direction. Kurt earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Building Construction at the University of Florida in 1997. He began his career in the the construction industry with a large general contracting firm in Northeast Florida. In 2000, Mr. Schaeuble partnered with Mr. Collins and began building on the early success the company had already experienced. His effective planning and communications skills have contributed to the success of the company. He balances his life with his devotion to his family, church, and community. Mr. Schaeuble is affiliated with the Associates Builders and Contractors (ABC) Organization and is a member of the Association of Wall and Ceiling Industry (AWCI) and Florida Wall and Ceiling Contractors Association. Jason Paulo Operations Manager

As Operations Manager, Jason directs and assigns superintendents to projects. He is also in charge of our project management team and safety program. He is the liaison between the field and office, not only for our team, but for our clientele. Jason has been working in the construction industry since 1998 when he entered the drywall trade as an Apprentice. In 2005, Jason joined the Collins Construction team as a Journeyman and quickly worked his way into a supervisory role as Foreman. In 2014, Jason was promoted to General Superintendent until 2021 when he was promoted to his current position, Operations Manager. Jason holds certifications in CPR, First Aid, Hazmat, OSHA 30 and is a certified trainer for aerial lifts as well as forklifts. Outside of work, Jason enjoys time with his family, and spends his spare time in the gym.
